How do we get started?
Talk to us so that we can know your needs. You can then order the plan of your choice, provide us with you WordPress and cPanel (optional in most cases) details and we are good to start. We create our own support ID for the work.
How do we know what have you done during the month?
At the end of the month/ gig, we send you a detailed Client report with the reports about your website and explain all that we did over the period. This helps maintain transparency and accountability on our part, and awareness on yours.
What is a CDN?
CDN is Content Delivery Network, your content is uploaded to various data centres in the network so that the websites can load faster making use of the nearest possible data centre. We are resellers of CDN77 and provide CDN as a free Value Added Service which is optional for clients.
Do you handle Change Requests and Content Updates
Our BASIC plan handles automated website support only and does not handle Change Requests and Content Updates. If your WordPress needs require regular content updates (ex: blog/ products etc) or other Change requests, you can make use of the STANDARD and PREMIUM Plans.
